The partners in Prima Legis ltd are Mrs. Mihaela Belcheva, Mr. Peter Kirchev and Mrs Rositsa Nikolova.

Each of the Partners are attorney and counselor at law with more than ten years of experience in the different legal fields.

All of the partners are graduates from Sofia University faculty of Law for the year of 1995.

Each of the Partners has been admitted to Sofia Bar Association. Mr. Peter Kirchev has been admitted in the year of 1998 and Mrs  Nikolova in 2002 and  Mrs Belcheva in 2003.

Mr. Kirchev has an extensive experience in Corporate Consulting Services, Intellectual Property Rights, EU integration, Energy consulting in the field of Renewable Energy Sources. He has advised National Parliament on the amendment of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria with respect to its accession to the EU. Mr. Kirchev has been lecturer at the Economics University in Sofia.

Mrs Michaela Belcheva has an extensive experience in the field of Zoning and Construction application of the Law on Territory. She has taken active part in the process of the adoption of the Law on Territory and of the Law on Cadastre. Mrs. Belcheva has been a legal advisor to Sofia Municipality and has been a in-house counsel of Cadastre Agency. Mrs. Belcheva has also extensive experience in the litigation in the field of general commercial disputes and construction and zoning disputes. Mrs Belcheva is member of the Council on Territory in Lyulin Municipality. Mrs Belcheva have a lot of publications in the Magazine Ownership and Law and Geodesy.

Mrs Nikolova has been a Counselor of Sofia Municipality and of the Cadastre Agency. She has also been a Chief legal advisor of Geographic Information Systems Sofia Single Member Ltd a municipal owned company.  She has taken active part in the elaboration of various normative acts and information systems related to the zoning, cartography, etc.
